He was born in India in a Scholar Pandit Family. His father was a Jyotish Professor in Banaras, India and the first teacher of Dr. Pathak. After basic education Dr. Pathak Graduated in Veda and Vedic Astrology. He became a university topper of Jyotish Acharya Exam (Post-Graduation, Astrology).
